Booking Policy
All sessions with FinRoot are booked through the online booking system and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking. By completing your booking and submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Session confirmation: Your session is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email with your session details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes of booking.
Preparation: Upon booking, you will receive a short intake form relevant to the service you have selected. This form must be completed at least 48 hours before your session. Completing the intake form in advance allows FinRoot to prepare a session that is fully tailored to your situation — the more detail you provide, the more value you will get out of our time together.
Session format: All sessions are conducted virtually via video call. A calendar invite with the session link will be sent to you upon booking confirmation. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space for the duration of your session.
Punctuality: Please join your session on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited. If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible via email.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations and reschedules made within this window will be accommodated without penalty. You may reschedule directly through the booking system or by contacting FinRoot via email.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time will result in the full session fee being forfeited. No credit or rescheduling will be offered in this instance. Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation. The full session fee will be forfeited, and no credit or rescheduling will be offered.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In the event of a documented medical emergency or other unforeseen crisis, please reach out directly via email as soon as possible, and each situation will be reviewed with care and discretion on a case-by-case basis.
This policy exists out of respect for the preparation time dedicated to every client and the scheduling commitments made on your behalf.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of one-on-one consulting services and the preparation time invested prior to each session, FinRoot does not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been processed. This applies to individual sessions, packages, and any digital products purchased through FinRoot.
